Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in React to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Manager, Product Manager, Tester, and

other Developers to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot
  • Implement and maintain frontend applications using
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following strict documentation standards
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application reliability
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
  • Articulate thought processes and solution designs clearly during development
  • Work independently and flexibly while maintaining proactive communication
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Back-End: Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Microservices).
  • Front-End: , TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Testing: Unit and integration testing with JUnit, Jest, or Cypress.
  • Architecture: Experience with microservices and cloud-based architectures.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical decisions

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS or other cloud environments (strong advantage)
  • Experience with microservices and cloud-based architectures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in full-stack development with focus on Java and React
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and approach problems systematically
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
