About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call centre team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and free shuttle service to and from the office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our internal systems
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • 2nd year college undergraduate / college graduate
