About the role

AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at our Bridgetowne Site location in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable assistance
  2. Listening to customer inquiries and concerns, and offering tailored solutions
  3. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  5. Committed to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is highly desirable
