Job description

The Branch Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards, and managing the performance of store personnel. This role involves leading operational efforts, conducting audits, addressing operational issues, and ensuring that all operational functions are carried out efficiently and in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of success in supervising store operations
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both in oral or in writing
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and can work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Hardworking, dedicated, and a team player
  • Willingness to travel regularly to visit store locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
