Senior Web Application Developer and Level 3 Support

The Senior Web Application Developer & Level 3 Support is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable web applications. This role leads feasibility studies, defines technical architecture, oversees source code management, and ensures high-quality software delivery through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvements. The position also provides Level 3 technical support, resolving complex system issues and ensuring application reliability and performance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Feasibility studies to evaluate the best possible technologies to address project and client requirements.
• Primary develop software applications by providing software specifications design, requirements specifications, conducting code review, and unit testing
• Develop the project implementation plan that will specify software design specifics such as software architectural design, detailed technology requirements such as platform, operating systems, security, database structure, front-end technologies, and back-end logics and implementations.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the assigned project coordinator of (Revery Digital
• Technology Inc.).
• Manage source code versioning and ensure that the Client and Client representative have access to the latest version of the source code.
• Create security measures for the Application Environment.
• Deployment of application to Cloud
• Update when new versions of software or plugins are available.
• Code Review and Internal Testing / Database Security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, security, and cloud deployment
• Proven ability to translate business and client requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills for coordination with project stakeholders and clients

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web application development
• Hands-on experience conducting feasibility studies and recommending appropriate technologies
• Proven experience in:
• Software specification design and requirements documentation
• Software architecture and system design
• Code review, unit testing, and internal testing
• Database design, optimization, and security
• Experience managing source code versioning and collaborating with distributed teams
• Experience in deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments
• Background in providing Level 3 support, including troubleshooting complex application, database, and infrastructure issues

Skills:

• Front-end and back-end development, application logic implementation
• Software architectural design, platform and OS selection, technology stack planning
• Cloud application deployment, updates, and version management
• Application environment security, database security, and secure coding practices
• Source code management and versioning (e.g., Git-based workflows)
• Code review, unit testing, and internal testing
• Level 3 technical support, issue resolution, and performance optimization
• Progress reporting, implementation planning, and collaboration with project coordinators and clients

Working conditions inherent to the job:

• Primarily office-based or remote work setup, depending on project requirements
• Prolonged periods of computer use for development, testing, and troubleshooting
• May require extended working hours during critical project phases, deployments, or issue resolution
• On-call or flexible availability may be required to address urgent Level 3 support issues
• Regular collaboration with project coordinators, clients, and internal development teams
• Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to new technologies, updates, and evolving project needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
