Job Duties

The role is responsible for accounts payable payment processing such as preparation and releasing of cheques, tax compliance, filing, payment and submission of value added tax returns, expanded withholding tax, withholding tax on compensation, fringe benefit tax and answering letters from bureau for non-compliance; month-end accounting; short term cash forecasting – develop a complete picture of short-term cash; projection to view daily and weekly basis; costs monitoring and other financial tasks as per agreed-upon service level agreements WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering financial/accounting services in compliance with LAIO and local company policies, internal control requirements and legal/statutory requirements in the country of operations

 Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Total work experience: 5+ years in accounts payable or other accounting function
  • Total relevant experience: 2-3 years of managing an accounting team
