Qualifications:
- Licensed RMT (Registered Medical Technologist)
- At least 2 years of experience working with medical laboratory analyzers (e.g., Hematology, Chemistry, Immunology, etc.)
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to provide product demonstrations and troubleshooting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Currently residing in Metro Manila
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training for medical laboratory analyzers
- Conduct product demonstrations and client orientations
- Assist in troubleshooting and after-sales support
- Coordinate with service engineers and sales teams regarding client needs
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective assistance
