Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
  • Provide technical knowledge and recommendations to customers regarding computer parts, peripherals, and system builds.
  • Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and proper display of products.
  • Handle sales reporting, cash flow management, and daily reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order placement, deliveries, and product inquiries.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in marketing promotions, product launches, and in-store displays.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct staff training on new products, technical specifications, and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in an IT, electronics, or computer parts store.
  • Strong knowledge of PC components (motherboards, processors, memory, GPUs, storage, power supplies, etc.) and computer peripherals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
