- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Facilitates processing of papers in the office.
- Prepares/types correspondences, memos, reports, and communications.
- Sort, Files and distribute correspondence, documents, and other printed materials as instructed.
- Maintains confidentiality of the receipt data file.
- Disseminates specified information mandated by the immediate superior.
- Accepts and screens visitors to the office.
- Assists in the preparation of other needed documents in the office.
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery, etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Performs other duties assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course
- 48 hours per week
- With Good communication skills and Trustworthy.
- At least six (6) months working experience in office
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Can multi-task
