College graduate or vocational course graduate in a related field (preferred).

Experience in fuel handling, inventory, or logistics (preferred but not required).

Basic knowledge of fuel storage, dispensing, and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Trustworthy and responsible, with good ethical standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as fuel dispensing and monitoring.

Fuel Monitoring & Dispensing: Ensure accurate dispensing of diesel to authorized vehicles and equipment.

Inventory Management: Keep track of fuel stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of fuel transactions, including receipts, issuances, and balances.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures for fuel handling, storage, and spill prevention.

Reconciliation & Reporting: Submit daily and weekly reports on fuel consumption, inventory levels, and anomalies.

Coordination: Work closely with drivers, mechanics, and management to ensure fuel availability and efficient allocation.

Emergency Response: Act promptly in case of fuel-related issues, leaks, or emergencies.
