What you'll be doing

  1. Designing, developing, and implementing efficient chemical processes and paint systems
  2. Analysing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process optimizations
  3. Troubleshooting production issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  5. Conducting research and testing to support the development of new products and technologies
  6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  7. Collaborating with the R&D team to drive continuous innovation

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Hands-on experience in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting
  6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead cross-functional projects
