Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including establishing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and manage project budget and resources.
  • Provide comprehensive project updates to management.
  • Collaborate with teammates and communicate with stakeholders, key business, and technology partners.
  • Analyze business/operational processes and identify business and operational requirements.
  • Oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Engineering/Architecture degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, PMWeb, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Effective interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and partner with key stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience or knowledge in CCTV, alarm, and cabling installations.
  • Experience in developing or interpreting project floor plans and security system layouts.
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam design systems; AutoCAD is a plus.
