Job Description:

  • Delivering high-quality spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, and other alternative therapies to clients
  • Assessing clients' needs and customizing treatments to achieve optimal results
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and relaxing spa environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize operations and introduce new services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


•  Follows DOH guidelines/policies and safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Certification or diploma in a relevant spa or natural therapy discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Passion for natural and alternative therapies, and a desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed and maintains a professional appearance
  • Can work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Has excellent customer service
  • Willing to work on rotational shift
  • Willing to work in Diliman Quezon City
