Messenger/Housekeeping

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on GC, Model Units and Guardhouse
• Knowledge and ability to apply cleaning techniques, methods and proper use equipment
• Provide assistance on Sales Activities - Open House
• Ability to maintain all housekeeping stocks
• Knowledge in correct handling and applying chemicals.
• Knowledge in proper operating and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Ability to perform housekeeping tasks. Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Atleast high school level
• Knowledge and ability to apply cleaning techniques, methods and proper equipment use.
• Ability to work long hours and can perform physical activities such as moping, carrying loads, etc.
• Must have passed the medical requirement
• Atleast knowledgeable on minor repairs (replacement of door knobs, minor repainting, replacement of busted bulbs, etc.)
• Knowledge in proper operating and maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and maintain all housekeeping stocks.
• Willing to start as soon as possible
• Must be willing to be part of an agency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
