About This JobA Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for planning and executing complex software projects while championing development teams toward meeting deadlines successfully. This role combines project management, product development, and software engineering.

This role manages software application delivery within a project, including estimations, capacity management, and clearing impediments for developers and QA. It involves supervising scrum masters, tracking performance, managing the SDLC, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, it oversees small development projects and optimizes cycle times.

ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and managing comprehensive software delivery plans, timelines, resource allocations, and estimations. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. Conducting risk assessments, identifying potential roadblocks, and executing solutions for issues that arise.

Driving progress on software deliverables, identifying deviations from plans, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring accountability. Ensuring adherence to established processes, methodologies, and quality standards. Leading meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.

Owning progress reports and delivery metrics. Mentoring and guiding technical teams, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for process optimization.

Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Facilitating resolution of technical issues and escalating concerns appropriately. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business objectives.

Monitoring team and individual performance. Driving organizational initiatives to improve delivery processes and methodologies. Education & Experience RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years in project management, development, business operations, or Scrum Master roles.

Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, and tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA.Bachelor's degree in business or computer science; strong experience may substitute for formal education.
