Job Summary:

The Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily production activities of Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc., ensuring that all ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products are processed, packed, and prepared according to company quality standards. The role helps maintain smooth workflow, supports production schedules, and ensures that production areas are safe, clean, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production line operations, such as packing, labeling, sorting, and quality checking of products.
  • Ensure that all items are processed and handled following the company's production and safety standards.
  • Monitor and report any issues in the production process to the Production Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Support the Quality Control Team in checking product condition and accuracy.
  • Handle materials and finished goods properly to avoid damage or contamination.
  • Participate in inventory counts of raw materials and finished products when needed.
  • Comply with company safety protocols and production policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; vocational training is an advantage.
  • With or without work experience in production or manufacturing (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive work attitude.
  • Willing to work on-site at Balintawak, Quezon City.
