  1. Can follow orders/instructions from either Foreman or Engineer-In-Charge.

  2. Know how to mix cement and mortar for both concrete and masonry works.

  3. Familiar with the components of a building structure such as beams, columns, footing etc.

  4. Know how to cut and lay stone or Concrete Hollow Blocks.

  5. Can plaster concrete/masonry surfaces depending on the finish specified on the plan.

  6. Responsible for cutting, fabrication, assembling, installation and removal of forms from concrete structure.

  7. Know how to use hand tools/power tools and equipment.

  8. Can cut and install tiles of any size and kind.

  9. Can perform the tasks with minimal supervision.
