We are looking for a skilled Scaffolder/Erector (NC II) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently in accordance with site and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding and temporary platforms.
  • Ensure all scaffolds are erected safely following engineering and safety specifications.
  • Inspect scaffolding materials for damage or defects before and after use.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and foremen for scaffold requirements.
  • Follow all site safety rules and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Qualifications:

  • TESDA NC II Certificate in Scaffolding Erection (required).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or industrial projects.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights.
  • Knowledge of basic safety procedures and regulations.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
