About the role

ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE is seeking an experienced Receiving Clerk to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of incoming goods and materials. This full-time position is integral to our operations, and you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, inspection, and documentation of all deliveries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, inspecting, and verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders and other documentation
  2. Ensuring all received goods are properly counted, labelled, and stored in the appropriate locations
  3. Maintaining accurate records of all receipts and discrepancies, and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel
  4. Collaborating with the Purchasing and Inventory teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods and materials
  5. Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the receiving and storage areas
  6. Providing support to other departments as needed to ensure the overall efficiency of operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar role within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
  3. Proficient in the use of inventory management software and other relevant computer applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  5. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently, to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  6. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to the handling and storage of goods
