JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of any four-year course, preferably BS Accounting and/or other related courses.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent time-management skills and deadline-driven.
  • Willing to travel around assigned territories.
  • Open to taking on other job positions as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Input vouchers for bills payment and disbursement.
  • Monitor due dates of utilities and communication expenses.
  • Process replenishments.
  • Prepare cheques for payment.
  • Bills reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform administrative and other task as needed.
