Requirements

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some College (But did not graduate) on any course.
• Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Organize Repossessed Vehicle Stored in Warehouse, Effectively Interact with potential clients.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the ROPA Supervisor in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures.

Support the sales team by providing information about available ROPA inventory, pricing, and unit specifications.

Prepare sales reports and track progress towards sales goals.

Coordinate with dealers and agents to facilitate sales transactions.

Ensure the timely and efficient turnover of repossessed units from collection companies.

Verify the completion of all necessary checklists and documentation during the turnover process.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the prompt listing and sale of available units.

Key Requirements:

MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ON TRUCKS AND TRUCK PARTS

With relevant auto sales experience (or truck sales but not required)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in inventory management, sales support, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
