Rookids Child Enrichment Center is growing—and we're looking for creative, caring, and committed Preschool Teachers to join our team

As a Preschool Teacher, you will design and deliver fun, arts-based, and play-based lessons for toddlers aged 1–5 years. You will collaborate with co-teachers to create an inclusive, age-appropriate classroom that fosters each child's growth and development.

You will also partner with parents and guardians by sharing updates and working together to support each child's progress. Collaboration is key at Rookids—we plan engaging, school-wide activities that welcome all learners and celebrate creativity.

Standard Scope of Work

  • Teach and care for children ages 1–5 by planning and leading inclusive lessons using art, language, play, and sensory activities with co-teachers
  • Track and record student behavior and progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
  • Participate in official Rookids events such as parent-teacher conferences, school events, teacher trainings, and workshops
  • Follow all Rookids policies on safety, conduct, and communication

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching or related experience with young children
  • Values aligned with Rookids: creativity, care, respect, professionalism
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of inclusive and progressive teaching methods
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (spoken and written)
  • Professional, eager to learn, and committed to growth as an educator
  • Willing to work on-site in Taguig City

Additional Details

  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to BGC, Taguig City
  • Compensation & Benefits: Based on experience and position level; details to be discussed during the final interview

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
