It involves:

Key Responsibilities:Compliance & Values Alignment

  • Implementation and Fulfillment of the Safety Manual's Requirements

    Ensure that all activities, processes, and workplace behaviors comply with the safety standards outlined in the company's safety manual. This includes promoting a culture of safety, conducting regular checks, and supporting corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Implementation and Fulfillment of the Personnel Handbook's Requirements

    Adhere to and promote the policies and procedures defined in the personnel handbook, including those related to conduct, attendance, performance, and employee relations. Support consistent application across teams and contribute to a respectful and compliant workplace culture.
  • Implementation and Fulfillment of Regulatory Requirements

    Maintain awareness of relevant local and international regulations applicable to the business or scientific operations. Ensure that all processes, documentation, and communications meet regulatory standards, particularly in areas such as data integrity, ethical research practices, and product compliance.
  • Acts as a Role Model in Accordance with the Corporate Values of the Ivoclar Group

    Demonstrate and promote the core values of the Ivoclar Group—such as innovation, integrity, collaboration, and customer focus—through everyday actions and decision-making. Serve as an example to peers and colleagues by embodying these values in professional conduct and interactions.

Scientific Communication
  • Creation of Study/Publication Summaries for the Study Database

    Develop concise, accurate summaries of completed studies and published research for inclusion in the internal Study Database. These summaries should highlight objectives, methodologies, key findings, and implications, enabling easy reference and knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Creation of Study/Publication Summaries for Scientific Communication Materials (e.g., Scientific Reports)

    Translate complex scientific data into clear, audience-appropriate summaries for use in external communication materials such as scientific reports, presentations, and publications. Ensure that the content is scientifically sound, aligned with branding and messaging guidelines, and suitable for stakeholders such as researchers, clinicians, and regulatory bodies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred/Higher degree in natural, medical, or technical sciences.

  • Experience in writing documents or a related field beneficial, ideally within the medical device or dental industry.

  • Proficient in MS Office and other documentation management tools.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex research documents effectively.
  • Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
