Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage and oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statements, Tax Preparation and Costing skills
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Assist in financial planning, cost control, and risk management strategies.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
  • Provide management with recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • With proven 3 to 5 years above experience as Accountant in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
