JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Spearheads the conduct of virtual and face-to-face career talks (NCR and provinces), exhibits, college fairs, campus tours, and other enrollment generation activities;
  2. Conducts follow-up activities such as email brigades and telemarketing/call brigade, leafleting, and other enrollment blitz activities or events;
  3. Develops content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the school website;
  4. Communicates with the feeder schools' guidance counselors or principals to conduct and schedule various events;
  5. Assists and accommodates students, parents, and guests with their admissions process and concerns;
  6. Assists with incoming calls and call transfer to respective offices/personnel;
  7. Provides administrative support to AERO Director/Assistant Director and Coordinator such as filling, photocopying, distribution of incoming and outgoing communications, liquidations, transmittal of admissions documents, and monitoring of revolving funds;
  8. Administer the FEU-OCAT program which includes promotions, processes, executions, monitoring, and reports;
  9. Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities that are assigned by the Director/Assistant Director and Coordinator.

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or any Business related course

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as AERO Associate in an educational institution or marketing/sales organization with public speaking exposure.
