About the role
Master Garage Cavite is looking for a dedicated and organized Parts Custodian to join our team in Molino, Bacoor, Cavite. As a Parts Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of automotive parts and accessories, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of parts to support our repair operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within the company.
What you'll be doing
- Receive, inspect, and record the arrival of new parts and accessories
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area to ensure efficient retrieval
- Process and fulfil parts orders from the repair technicians in a timely manner
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of required parts
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Assist with the management of the parts department, including reporting and administrative tasks
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a parts custodian or similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Proficient in using inventory management software and tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes tasks effectively
- Familiarity with automotive parts and components is preferred
