Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Thai-speaking customers/clients through phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and relay accurate information.
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy in communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service or support experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, chat platforms, CRM tools).
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules if required.

  • Previous experience in customer service, translation, or bilingual support.

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
