About the role

Adraneda Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist to join our team in Cainta Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our busy clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
  • Assisting with the preparation of patient files and medical records
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Providing support to the clinical team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  • A warm, approachable personality and a genuine interest in the health and beauty industry
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures would be an advantage
