Job Description

  • Frontline representative to support Company's customers via Phone, Email, and/or Chat

  • Ability to empathize and relate to customers even during difficult conversations

  • Walk the customer through websites, customer-facing platforms, and tools to complete desired actions

  • Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures

  • Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request

Other Details:

  • Contract Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension/absorption

  • Shift Schedule: US or Nightshift Schedule

  • Site Location: McKinley Taguig, Manila

Qualifications:

  • Open for 2-year vocational graduates / SHS graduates / at least 2 years of college undergraduate

  • At least a year of experience in BPO

  • Must have good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Must be amenable to work onsite (Taguig)

  • Must be willing to accept project based for 6 months

  • Can start ASAP
