About the job GRAPHIC- PRODUCTION DESIGNER
  • Reports to: Graphic Design Manager
  • Estimated Hours: Template based. Project provided as needed by the client. Time is flexible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (70%)

  1. Create product images for all of our omni-channel sites using existing templates
  2. Use the Product Image Guidelines pdf as reference to properly:
    1. Link to appropriate artboards needed in the production files, by account needs
    2. Name and catalog images, by account and season
    3. Export images, by account specs
  3. Create/expand on our product image templates if a new item or other sizes are needed

Production (30%)

  1. Create fully dated planner and calendar templates for all brands prior to season start
    1. Use our excel templates to fully date planners for format and months necessary
    2. Understand collations to know where tab placement will be
    3. Ability to resize layouts to create other sizes needed
  2. Once production files are complete, create simplified versions of the templates for the comp
  3. Once production files are complete, create simplified versions of the templates for the comp shared insert files needed for each season
  4. Update all the packaging dating prior to season start

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams
  • HIGHLY Detail oriented

Working Conditions:

  • Must be amenable to shifting, depending on business needs
  • Work Arrangements: Fully Remote
