JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : ASSET COORDINATOR

Reports to : LEASING/ASSET OFFICER

Qualifications:

  1. At least college level

  2. With at least 1 work experience on related field

Management Competencies:

  2. Average in oral and written communication

  3. Effective in documentation

  4. Systematic and organized

  5. Efficient

Technical Competencies:

  1. With technical knowledge on equipment maintenance and handling.

  2. Knowledgeable on equipment's parts and accessories including Gen Set and Compressor

  3. Familiar on operation and application of the following programs:

a. MS Word

b. MS Excel

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor all equipment's working condition/status and placement during and after the operation.

  2. Conduct maintenance check and inspection on all trucks, heavy and small/light equipment.

  3. Validate "Incident Report" of all reported damages and repair of trucks, heavy and small/light equipment and ensure that said submittals are with complete details and properly coordinated with the Mechanic on site.

  4. Review all submitted Pre-use Checklist before signing to ensure and validate that said submittals are in proper order and accomplished.

  5. Submit request for spare parts procurement with attached Incident Report either for repair, replacement or routine maintenance works.

  6. Submits maintenance works and change oil schedule.

  7. Coordinates with Leasing Officer, Project Engineers, Field Engineers to ensure that proper action has been taken or implemented for breakdown of equipment/vehicles to avoid delay/loss of project or liquidated damages of on-going contracts.

  8. Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored.

  9. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be instructed or assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
