Job Responsibilities:

  • Present the menus and taking the guest orders.
  • Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure correct portioning and presentation.
  • Clear tables, set-up/reset the tables, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
  • Handles guest request, inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.
  • Promote upselling opportunities to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Process payments with accuracy and handles cash/card transactions responsibly.
  • Adhere to proper food handling, hygiene and safety procedure.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry.
  • Basic training in food and beverage service or customer service is a plus.
  • At least college level or customer service experience is an advantage.
