Out Going QC

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspection and measurement of finished products before shipment.
• Verify packaging, labeling, and documentation to ensure accuracy against customer orders.
• Check compliance with quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
• Record inspection results, prepare outgoing QC reports, and highlight non-conformities.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and QA teams regarding quality issues.
• Quarantine or reject products that fail to meet standards and escalate to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods awaiting dispatch.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of QC inspection areas.
• Adhere to safety and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field (preferred); vocational or technical background acceptable with experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in quality control or inspection (manufacturing, packaging, or logistics industry an advantage).
• Knowledge of QC tools, sampling methods, and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch schedules.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
