Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest reservations via phone, email, walk-ins, and online channels
  • Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
  • Provide accurate information regarding room types, availability, rates, and hotel facilities
  • Upsell room categories and packages to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
  • Enter and manage reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) with a high level of accuracy
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, modification requests, or cancellations
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Sales to optimize occupancy
  • Maintain updated records of guest profiles, special requests, and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with hotel reservation policies and procedure
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • A degree/diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with hotel PMS system is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
