
Reservations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest reservations via phone, email, walk-ins, and online channels
- Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
- Provide accurate information regarding room types, availability, rates, and hotel facilities
- Upsell room categories and packages to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
- Enter and manage reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) with a high level of accuracy
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, modification requests, or cancellations
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales to optimize occupancy
- Maintain updated records of guest profiles, special requests, and preferences
- Ensure compliance with hotel reservation policies and procedure
Education & Experience:
- A degree/diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred
- 1+ year of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with hotel PMS system is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
