Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with
  Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC)
  and commitments under Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans
• Manage permitting, licensing, and regulatory reporting to agencies such as
  DENR, EMB, DOE, LGUs
• Supervise environmental monitoring activities for
  air and water quality management
• Lead stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies and local communities
• Implement safety, health, and environmental policies within the department
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of compliance and sustainability

Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering graduate
  (other engineering courses may be considered)
• PRC Licensed
• 3–5 years relevant experience
  in environmental regulatory compliance
• Background in
  Mining and Power Generation operations
• Experience as a
  Pollution Control Officer (PCO)
• Strong knowledge of
  air and water quality management
• Proven experience dealing with regulatory bodies (DENR, EMB, DOE, LGUs)
• Completed
  supervisory and leadership training
