JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Maintains and repairs medical equipment of the hospital for its proper functioning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs job consistent with the vision and mission of the institution
• Regularly calibrates medical equipment.
• Check and maintains equipment especially at the Emergency Room, Operating, and ICU
• Takes charge in troubleshooting defective apparatus/equipment.
• Documents service on equipment including service on equipment contracted out.
• Documentation includes as minimum of information: equipment description, location, DWH number, description of repair, description of maintenance and preventive maintenance
• Takes stock of medical equipment that is traded-in, turned-in to surplus or otherwise disposed of.
• Submit inventory of equipment.
• Records to logbook job performed.
• Submits monthly job performance
• Schedules and executes planned preventive maintenance
• Requisitions materials as needed
• Maintains the other and cleanliness in the assigned areas
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the administration from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php17,000.00 per month
