About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Gigatyre Corporation' team as a SITE LOCATOR. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing optimal locations for the company's new retail stores in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. You will play a crucial role in the company's growth and expansion strategy within the local region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive market research to identify prime retail locations that align with the company's strategic objectives
  2. Evaluating and assessing potential sites based on factors such as foot traffic, competition, accessibility, and local regulations
  3. Negotiating lease agreements and securing the necessary permits and approvals for new store openings
  4. Collaborating with the broader sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless store launch process
  5. Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for expansion
  6. Providing regular updates and recommendations to the management team on the company's site selection strategy
