About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the dynamic team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.'. This full-time role is based in Rosario Cavite and offers an attractive remuneration package of up to 29k.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and make recommendations for process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-centric solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications to document and track customer interactions
  4. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
