Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can deliver excellent support and ensure a smooth customer experience within the renewable energy space.
You will handle inbound and outbound communication across email, chat, and phone, manage concerns, and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally. If you're customer-focused and eager to learn more about solar and battery solutions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth post-installation experience.
- Manage assigned tickets and ensure service-level targets are met.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle objections and provide basic technical support when needed.
- Manage faults and escalations, coordinating with other departments to identify the right solutions.
- Respond to and document incoming calls and emails, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and RMA processing.
- Experience in the solar and battery industry, or education in renewable energy, is an advantage.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer literacy and MS Office competency.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in renewable energy and customer support.
