About the role

Uniserve Healthcare Inc. is seeking an experienced Midwife to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality antenatal, birthing and postnatal care to our patients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of mothers and infants in our local community.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive pre-natal assessments and developing individualised birth plans
  2. Providing expert care and support during active labour and delivery, ensuring the safety and comfort of both mother and child
  3. Monitoring the health and progress of newborns, and delivering essential post-natal care
  4. Educating and empowering expectant and new mothers on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care
  5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and integrated patient care
  6. Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to all relevant medical and regulatory protocols

What we're looking for

  1. A registered Midwife with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  2. Minimum of 1 years' experience working as a Midwife in a hospital, birthing centre or community setting
  3. Excellent clinical skills, with a strong understanding of maternal and neonatal health
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, patient-centred care
  5. Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant healthcare technologies
  6. A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for improving maternal and child health outcomes
