BTL Diffusion, the company behind international brands like Cloud b, BabyToLove, and Little Big Friends, is dedicated to transforming daily life with innovative childcare products, early learning toys, and decorative items that foster creativity and development in children.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our growing team You will oversee daily Amazon operations, catalog management, pricing, compliance, and customer service across Amazon US and EU marketplaces—ensuring smooth processes and driving overall account performance.
Main Responsibilities
Inventory & Logistics
- Forecast demand and manage replenishments.
- Conduct DOS (Days of Supply) analysis (high, optimal, low, OOS).
- Create aged inventory action plans and manage rework/disposals.
- Oversee shipment creation, monitoring, and problem resolution.
Catalog Management
- Manage listings (titles, categories, variations, images).
- Create and maintain new listings and variations.
- Troubleshoot suppressed/incomplete listings and coordinate with Amazon Support.
Pricing
- Monitor Buy Box performance.
- Manage automated pricing tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis (internal/external).
- Apply pricing rules (min/max/business) in line with company guidelines.
Customer Service
- Oversee international support (Shopify + Amazon).
- Manage negative reviews, returns, and customer issue resolution.
- Ensure continuous improvements in customer experience.
- Manage MCF orders.
Compliance & Brand Registry
- Ensure compliance with Hazmat, GPRS, SCP, and EPR requirements.
- Oversee food & product safety standards.
- Manage brand protection: monitor unauthorized changes, safeguard listings, and handle rogue seller takedowns.
Performance & Finance
- Monitor account health, BSR, keyword rankings, and overall performance.
- Track competitor activity and brand registry updates.
- Process reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory, incorrect fees, and shipment discrepancies.
What We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile)
- Experience Necessary: Minimum 2 years of experience handling Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience Advantage: Amazon Brand Registry, competitive pricing strategies, account health monitoring, and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Index-Match).
- Problem Solver: Proactive in resolving operational, compliance, and account health issues with minimal supervision.
- Organized: Strong ability to manage SKUs, inventory, and performance metrics across multiple marketplaces.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written communication for Amazon correspondence and team collaboration.
Working Environment
- Be part of a passionate team managing world-renowned brands.
- Office-based role in Makati.
- Afternoon shift: 1 PM – 10 PM, PST time zone.
