We are looking for a BIM Manager (ARCHICAD) who will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes using ARCHICAD software. The role ensures that all project models are accurate, well-coordinated, and compliant with project standards, while providing technical guidance, training, and support to project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, templates, and workflows for ARCHICAD projects.

  2. Manage and coordinate project models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

  3. Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and industry standards (e.g., ISO

  4. Conduct model audits, quality checks, and clash detection to ensure model integrity and accuracy.

  5. Facilitate model coordination meetings and issue resolution among project stakeholders.

  6. Oversee data exchange between ARCHICAD and other BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, IFC exports).

  7. Provide technical support and training to project team members in ARCHICAD best practices.

  8. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize BIM workflows and improve efficiency.

  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM technologies, industry trends, and software updates.

  10. Prepare and deliver BIM documentation, reports, and presentations for management and clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in BIM management, coordination, or similar role.

  3. Advanced proficiency in ARCHICAD and related tools (BIMx, Solibri, etc.).4. Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes.

  4. Knowledge of BIM standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 19650, national BIM standards).

  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

  6. Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

  7. Experience with interoperability between ARCHICAD and other BIM platforms.

  8. Familiarity with scripting or automation in ARCHICAD (e.g., GDL).

  9. Experience in training or mentoring project teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
