About the Role

As an Insurance Planning Consultant, you will introduce protection and financial solutions to clients, assist them in understanding their insurance needs, and provide guidance in creating plans that support long-term security. Training and licensing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.


Key Responsibilities


• Reach out to potential clients and understand their financial protection needs

• Recommend suitable insurance solutions aligned with client goals

• Provide after-sales service, policy reviews, and client support

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance industry knowledge

• Comply with financial services regulations and company standards


Ideal Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's degree graduate (any field)

• Residing in Luzon

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Eager to learn and open to professional growth

• Not affiliated with multi-level marketing organizations

• Sales experience is an advantage but not required
