Join our dynamic team at Philtrust Bank as an IT Identity & Email Specialist. In this full-time position based in United Nations Avenue, Manila, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and the security of our employees' digital identities and email accounts.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain our identity and access management systems, ensuring secure user authentication and authorisation procedures
2. Administer and troubleshoot our email platform, including user account provisioning, mailbox management, and issue resolution
3. Implement and maintain security controls and policies to protect our email environment from cyber threats
4. Provide technical support and training to end-users on email-related processes and best practices
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement improvements

What we're looking for

1. Has experience in IT support, with a focus on Office 365 Management and email administration
2. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorisation
3. Proficient in managing and troubleshooting enterprise email platforms, such as Microsoft Exchange
4. Knowledge of security best practices, including email-specific security controls and policies
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues
6. Effective communication skills to provide support and training to end-users
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
