Job Description
  • Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service and smooth workflow.
  • Supervise and lead the store team, ensuring efficiency, discipline, and adherence to company standards.
  • Handle POS (Point of Sale) operations, including daily sales monitoring, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions, proper cash handling, and timely submission of reports.
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock monitoring to avoid shortages and wastage.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Train and motivate staff to achieve performance and sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Business, Hospitality, or Management-related course (or equivalent).
  • With at least 2 years of experience in restaurant or retail operations as a Supervisor or Store Head.
  • Restaurant management experience is preferred, however, retail management experience will be considered.
  • Knowledgeable in POS systems and basic accounting or cash management.
  • Formal accounting training is required for effective financial management and reporting.
  • Willing to work on-site Monday to Saturday 8:00AM- 5:00PM.
