High school diploma or technical/vocational training in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in fiber optic splicing and field operations.
Proven experience supervising or leading a splicing team.
Proficiency in fiber splicing (fusion and mechanical), termination, and testing.
Ability to read network diagrams and construction plans.
Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of PPE.Certification in fiber optics (e.g., FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician).
Experience with project planning and resource management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with both aerial and underground fiber deployments.
