Job Summary:

The Policy & Process Analyst ensures effective documentation, implementation, and communication of data governance policies, standards, and processes. This role supports the governance function by consolidating governance artifacts, preparing materials for approval, and leading communications for governance-related committees and meetings. This role also supports project management related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document policies, standards, and processes for data governance.
  • Ensure policies are implemented and adhered to across business units.
  • Consolidate governance templates and artifacts and prepare materials for review and approval.
  • Provide documentation and presentation support for governance committees and leadership forums.
  • Lead governance-related communications and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain knowledge management tool for policies, processes and standards as interface for end users.
  • Track KPIs, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and quality delivery as well as measure project impact and business value
  • Implement tools and dashboards for project tracking and performance analytics.
  • Ensures budget management across PlatformCo Budget Owners in partnership with Finance and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven background in Data Governance, Compliance, Policy Documentation and Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and maintaining policies, standards and processes.
  • Strong skills in documentation, writing, and presentation.
  • Effective communicator with a proven ability to present and engage with senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with modern data platform such as: Databricks and/or Snowflake.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technology

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of data governance best practices.
  • Coordination and facilitation skills for governance and project meetings.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with strict data compliance requirements.
