  • Monitor social media trends and engage with followers
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Track performance and provide basic reports on engagement, reach, and growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
  • Create or coordinate graphics, videos, and other visual content
