Job Description
Overseeing container inventory/movements, coordinating with depots, and handling
shipment memos and booking updates. The role also provides support to the Customer
Service and Operations team in managing export shipment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing daily container inventory report.
*Accommodating shipment memos from Customer Service.
*Daily updating of confirmed booking status.
*Providing a summary of confirmed bookings to the depot with the projected pull-out
details.
*Coordinating with the depot for container pullout.
*Sending billing charges for food grade/reefer containers.
*Assisting CSU with concerns regarding containers for export shipment.
Qualifications:
*Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year college course
*Computer proficient
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
*With or without experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
