Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.

-Preferably with Psychometrician License
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Willing to be assign in Boracay, Malay, Aklan
- Can start ASAP
- Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Ability to assess candidate fit for roles and company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Job Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and requirements.
• Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Candidate Selection & Onboarding: Assist with candidate selection, extend job offers, and support onboarding.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and participate in recruitment events.
• Data Management: Maintain candidate databases and provide recruitment performance reports.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs.
